Others may come to enhance physical or athletic performance. And others for reduced anxiety, improved mental clarity and focus, or academic improvements. Whatever your particular concern is, let us help you navigate your way to better health.

Float Tank Therapy utilizes a tank of water saturated with Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom Salt). This high concentration (6 lbs of salt for every gallon of water) solution allows you to float on the surface of the water without any effort. In fact, you can't help but float on the water. It's just physics. This eliminates the effects of gravity on your body. Allowing the muscles, tendons, ligaments, and soft tissue structures to completely relax. Taking the stress off joints and the spine itself. This improves blood flow and oxygenation to those areas. Reducing pain and speeding recovery. Add to this a reduced light and sound environment, with the water heated to match your skin temperature. Severely reducing sensory input into the brain, allowing the nervous system to calm down, and reset. This further enhances
Hypnosis is an excellent tool for helping individuals develop better control over the subconscious part of their mind. The 85% of the mind that deals with running scripts in the background that dictate many of our responses and behaviors. From weight loss to quitting smoking, or reducing pain and anxiety. Hypnosis is an excellent tool to address many different challenges you may be facing. Infrared Sauna sessions can be very helpful in providing relief for those with musculoskeletal injuries, joint pain, inflammation, lyme disease, fibromyalgia, and more. Infrared light energy also helps with detoxification, and promotes lymphatic fluid flow. Infrared light is beyond our visual field, and cannot be seen. This light passes through the skin and into the underlying tissue. There it interacts with water molecules, causing an increase in metabolism at a cellular level. This increased cellular metabolism creates a heating effect within tissues, thereby dilating blood vessels and increasing blood flow. With the increase in metabolism, one can burn up to an additional 600 calories in a single session. This often helps facilitate weight loss when combined with proper diet and exercise.

Our 3D Body Scan provides valuable information as it takes 3600 rotating images in about 30 seconds. Producing a 3D Avatar of your body. At the same time, it takes an accurate weight measurement, weight distribution, fat and lean mass percentages, measurements of neck, arms, bust, waist, hips, thighs and calves. It also obtains a postural analysis. This information can be used to help counsel clients on recommended diet and exercise programs, or treatments for posture abnormalities, or to track progress in any of these areas. As part of a weight loss or healthy weight management program, the information from a 3D Body Scan anaylis can be a game changer.
Heart Rate Variability (HRV) measures the amount of variation between heartbeats. This is measured in fractions of a second. Research shows that the amount of variation between heartbeats correlates with nervous system balance and function. This balance (or lack of balance) can be indicative of current or future health problems. Heart and other cardiovascular health problems can have an effect on HRV. Heart Rate Variability is also a good indicator of parasympathetic nervous system activity. This is extremely important in conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health issues. HRV is also used by high level elite athletes as an indicator of how to modify the intensity of their daily workouts in order to maximize performance. Heart Rate Variability can be affected by things such as mental/emotional stress, sleep stress, nutritional stress, physical stress, and more. Monitoring HRV can provide valuable insight into improving your health and wellbeing. Having an experienced coach who can not only interpret your HRV results, but also provide guidance on how to improve your Heart Rate Variability can accelerate your path to better health and performance.
