The symptoms we associate with stress and anxiety are the output of the body’s nervous system, in response to a stimulus. This response is conditioned, or learned, through either a high level input while the person is under high stress, or through repeated exposure to the stimulus. By utilizing self hypnosis, we are able to help regulate and reprogram this response to one that is more positive and helpful. Hypnosis is one method that can help facilitate this change.
